Delivery & Returns



  • All deliveries are dispatched using our own delivery team for same day delivery when available, or Tuffnells/UPS/DHL/FedEx for next day delivery to customers. 

  • If specific day delivery is needed please email

  • All orders are processed on the same day if ordered before 12pm (Same day delivery before 6pm) and will be dispatched ASAP from the time of us confirming your order.

  • Dispatch times can vary in the case of public holidays (Bank Holidays, Christmas etc). Please allow a further 2-3 days in these cases.

  • All items sent out by POSH are insured by us up to the point of delivery (When signed for by recipient)




  • Once you order has been dispatched you can return your item up to 14 days from the date of dispatch or collection, if there is a quality issue with your purchase (except human factors). 

  • The item must be received back in its original condition, with all original documentation where applicable. The security tag on the item must remain in place and if broken or tampered with a refund will not be authorised.

  • We reserve the right not to accept an item back for refund or exchange if it shows excessive wear and tear (even within the 14 day returns policy).

  • Items will not be accepted back for a refund or exchanged where there is evidence that a third party has carried out work on the item.

  • We will not refund if it is evident that more than one item was purchased with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one for a refund.

  • Refunds will be made by the method that our sales team members communicate with you via email or phone call.
